Appearance Description: Tezama has whacky orange hair with two strands of silver running through it. There's always a long strand of orange hair that points out just above his forehead. He has a friendly, but firm face as well as a friendly smile. Tezama has a rather strong, athletic build. He's in the moderate range. He's rather tall ; almost 7 feet.
he typically wears purple sunglasses that is well equipped for his speed. He has two outfits and it varies which one he chooses to wear based on a whim. One is the traditional Konohagakure uniform, with the vest, pouches, shirt, and leggings. Except on his flak vest, there is a long black mark with three golden marks on it. Also, there's a label that says "Property of Tezama Hiroshi; The Fastest Man In The World!" on it. His pouches hold ninja tools like kunai, shuriken, scrolls, exploding paper notes, flash bombs, etc. The other outfit is one he had customized for himself. It's a purple-white buttoned-up collar coat that drops just above his knees. The coat's shoulders are colored black. There are two pockets in it, with a small amount of his ninja tools.He wears black ninja leggings. He wears very comfortable shoes that are especially ideal for running. All of his outfits are tailored and refined to endure his speed.

Personality: Tezama is a very carefree and outgoing guy. He's energetic and very leniant. A nice guy around in Konohagakure. He gives off a friendly atmosphere, as if he's pulling you closer to him. Tezama is very talkative and likes to make conversation with friend, foe, and strangers. He says a lot of random nonsense to get people's attention or to utterly confuse them. Among his most interesting traits is his obsessive desire for speed, or to do things fast. He talks fast, moves fast, eats fast, and laughs fast. He likes to move on as quickly as possible and thinks of himself as the human embodiment of speed, taking huge pride in believing that he's faster than any human or creature on the planet. He likes to boast about himself and his likes and dislikes. At first glance, he does not appear to be one of the great Sannin, but just an ordinary ninja.

Tezama is a reasonable and competent man. He vows to protect the children of Konohagakure should they be threatened and is prepared to lay down his life for the safety of the Hokage. He has a knack for poking into places where he's not wanted, eavesdropping, and seeking for knowledge. He's a curious being. Tezama is a lone wolf and loves to do things his own way and on his own. He seeks for a reason to live and fight. Therefore, he seeks for a woman to fall in love with; a woman worthy of falling in love with, to justify his reason for existence and reason to fight. To that extent, he's not above breaking the law.
In battle, Tezama likes to play around with his opponents. He's only serious if he's facing an opponent who can stand on equal/higher footing as him or if his reason for existence is threatened.

He likes to travel and pop around places silently and unexpectedly. He would appear before others all of a sudden and get a huge surprise from it; whether it be sitting besides one's bedroom window or peeking in the hot springs.

History:
Birth-Genin Arc:
Tezama was born in Konohagakure under an ordinary nurse and an ordinary construction worker. They saved up enough money for Tezama to go to the Ninja Academy to become a shinobi for the village. At the age of 4, he was enrolled in the Academy, but he was a mischevious boy. Constantly called a rotten brat by his teachers, yet respected by most of the boys in his school for his courage and bravery, Tezama became known as the rat of the class. Because of his troublesomeness, he didn't graduate from the Academy until he was 7. He was teamed with Shikatara Nara and Shoji Aburame, under the guidance of "speed demon" Kenshi Uchiha. From Kenshi, he was able to learn the Shunshin no Jutsu and Burst Method. Acquiring both speed techniques inspired him and began his obsession over the concept of speed. Under the belief that he does not need anything except for his ninja speed, his strategy in combat was simple: Speedblitz + One-shot with a kunai. This way of battle continued to work through the missions he had, but did not avail him during the Forest of Death of the Chunin Exams. He found that overusing speed techniques weakened his control over momentum and he ended up smacking into a tree. Had it not been for his comrades, Tezama would have been mugged of his scroll, or worse.
In the first round, Tezama displayed his speed in a tricky manner. Against his opponent who excelled in raining kunai and shurikens at him, Tezama could not get close without getting stabbed to death. So, he revealed his trick. He took off the weights on his ankles and his speed skyrocketed. However, his opponent evoked a kunai barrier just in time before Tezama closed in on him. The kunai pierced through him all over. Or so it seemed. His opponent blinked his eyes once, and all that appeared was Tezama's clothes riddled by the kunai. An afterimage! Tezama appeared behind his opponent, and with a kick, sent one of the kunai that was mid-air, falling to the ground, into the ribs of his opponent. His opponent gave up, and Tezama was allowed to advance.
Between that and the final round, Kenshi taught Tezama one technique; The Leaf Whirlwind. By concentrating all his power into one roundhouse kick, Tezama could strike an opponent with a knock-out. His last opponent was a puppet master from Sunagakure (this began his dislike for puppet shows). Through spamming smoke and hordes of poison-laced metal weaponry, Tezama found it hard avoiding every single attack. But he knew one thing. Never, most certainly, without a shred of doubt, never ever was his opponent faster than him. So, he took advantage of the spray and one paper bomb to blow up a chunk of the floor, sending blocks of concrete and dust high up into the air. Tezama jumped from the floor with the Burst method, just in time for the puppet master to aim for the aerial Tezama and release an attack at him one more time; taking advantage of the opening. But the real opening was on the puppet master. Tezama used the Burst method on the concrete that was in the air, throwing himself across the stadium at high speed and landing just one meter besides the puppet master. Tezama had just exploited every puppet masters' weakness; close-range combat. Tezama launched a strong Leaf whirlwind on the puppet master's chest and knocked him out cold.
Tezama became a Chunin at age 9.
Chunin Arc:
Tezama extensively studied Taijutsu and acquired his primary element; Raiton. He was not only able to master the Shunshin no Jutsu, but also increase his base speed and reaction time to vastly superhuman levels. Now a full-fledged member of the Shinobi community, his competition grew and his desire for speed as well. At the age of 11, he invented his signature jutsu; Extreme Jet-fire. This technique raised his reputation throughout Konohagakure and became known as "Speedzama/Speed-sama". He practiced his jutsu numerous times before he went on a dangerous mission with it, for the inability to control the jutsu would mean certain death. On the battlefield, Extreme jet-fire was debastating. Tezama could ski right through enemy lines without them seeing him and go about taking down hordes of enemies with kicks. His Jounin commanders recognized and acknowledged his innate talent. Eventually, his alias spread throughout the world and he became a minor ninja celebrity within the borders of the Land of Fire.
Jounin Arc:
For his outstanding record in missions and his incredible battle knowledge, Tezama was promoted to Jounin by the time he was 15. After that, the world was thrown into war and at first, he did very well. Then, he led a team of 8 Jounin on his first S-class mission. However, his platoon was led into a trap and the building they were confiscating exploded. Although his speed was unrivaled, he was not fast enough to save his comrades. Tezama barely even made it out of there to save himself. As the only one who made it back, Tezama was discredited and humiliated. Not only that, his former teammates and Kenshi-sensei had died in the war as well. He lost his motive to return to the battlefield, and stayed home, completely crushed.
It wasn't until the Hokage sent some counselors to get him back to his feet did he recover. After he dealt with his depression and grief, he began to perfect his Extreme jet-fire with the Extreme jet-fire Unlimited mode. He tried to master his technique before going back to the war, and when he did, it already ended.
He spent some time wandering on a very long-term mission, mostly over to Kumogakure. He had heard that the fastest ninjas were there and he decided to prove them wrong. Immediately picking a fight with them, Tezama challenged and bested them in speed contests. Then, they used their speed-enhancing jutsu to outdo Tezama. Tezama could not react to their speed at first, but when he pulled out his Extreme jet-fire, he casually ran circles around them. Then the fastest Jounin showed up and amped himself with a lightning shroud. He labeled Tezama as a hostile alien and had taken the personal duty to execute him on the spot. Tezama could barely keep up with him... until he showed his true speed with the Unlimited mode. Then, his rival started to fall apart in front of Tezama's lightning-quick footwork and was knocked out. This act provoked the security in the village and they hunted Tezama down. Of course, he outran them all and escaped, mocking them as he left. The World's Fastest Man was reborn.
He infiltrated and made his way into Iwagakure, Sunagakure, and even into the high-security Amegakure. Taking whatever he can, it wasn't until he arrived in a danky old town did he find what he was tasked to retrieve. After several months of searching, Tezama returned to the village and his reputation as a shinobi was restored.
As he perfected his Taijutsu prowess and Ninjutsu skills, Tezama realized from his journey that he was alone in this world. Should he continue to live, he needed a reason to exist beforehand. And for a shinobi like him, there was no better reason than the reason to fight for someone he loves.
After completing dozens of S-rank missions and accumulating war experience, Tezama was recognized as one of Konohagakure's Sannin by age 26.
Sannin/Current:
On his earlier days as a Sannin, he participated in numerous speed contests, usually the typical outpace your opponent. He proved himself to be faster than anyone that he saw in all of the 5 great villages and even in the minor villages. Everywhere he went, he installed himself as the "Fastest Man In The World", proclaiming that he'll be immortalized in history for being the one that no other ninja will ever be able to keep up with.
