This will be noted so our people can determine which ranking gets X amount of S rankings for use.

Genin - 5
Chuunin - 10
Special Jounin - 15
Jounin - 15
Medical Ninja- 10
Anbu - 20
Kage's special unit- 25
Hokage- 25

Rouge: Whatever rank they started out with before they went Rouge, they get that much amount of S rankings to use
