Description: After forming a few handseals and concentrating chakra in the users mouth the user blows air through his mouth and exerts chakra. The result is a steady stream of air coming from the user's mouth. This technique works fairly well when trying to blow at someone's hair or simply have them smell your bad breath.
Heki Hando Aizu no Jutsu [False Handseal Technique]

Requirements: None.
Description: This is a skill where the user's hands seem to perform a jutsu correctly without the proper handseals. This is intended to deceive opponents, making it impossible to discern what the true jutsu being performed is by handseals alone. It can even be used to make the handseals look like the correct seals for a jutsu of the same rank the user knows. Obviously, the user is still performing the correct seals, but their opponent can't see that. This technique requires no handseals.
Post duration: Indefinite; keep in mind the chakra drain though.

Description:
This technique only allows you to be able to cast genjutsu(Ranks E-D) through eye contact without the need for hand signs.

Requirements: None.
Description: Useful for things such as cold weather or being wet, the user is able to contain heat within an area. The size of the target is fairly open ended, ranging from a match to a campfire or larger. Activation of the jutsu is as simple as touching the object with one's palm(s) and directing warming katon chakra into it. However, if the target of this jutsu is hit, the jutsu dispels.

Description:
This level allows the eyes to see in slow motion. Giving the user more time to think and react. It also helps in predicting ones movements.

- Genjutsu Kai [Genjutsu Release]
Rank: C (Basic)
Requirements: Learned From A Genin Sensei.
Description: The user places their palms together and forms a single hand seal, after which they yell ‘Kai’ or ‘Release’. This can be used on the user, or others (though for others they also need to touch the person), canceling the genjutsu that they are in. However, not all genjutsu can be kai'd out of.

Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique]

Description: After using handseals, the user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower.
Raiku Kaze [Like The Wind]

Requirements: None
Description: The user sends bursts of fuuton chakra to their feet which explode outward on impact with the ground, giving them an extra push off with each footfall. This gives them increased speed. This technique does not require any handseals.

Description:
This level allows the eyes to see in even slower motion. Now the user can see hand signs so clearly that they can copy them.(You still have to train copyed techs but they cost 1 rank less.) Higher level genjutsu can now be cast as well(Ranks E-B)

Description: This technique isn't so much as levitation, as it is granting the user the ability to seemingly jump while still in the air. Concentrating energy into the feet, the user must create small air bubbles which when bursting will push the feet up causing bursts of movement. Of course, other strong winds can cause the user to go in different directions from what was intended.

Description:
This level allows the eyes to cast all ranks of genjutsu. It also allows the user to use special Mangekyō techniques. You start with 100 charges. For every post the Mangekyō Sharingan is on you lose 1 charge. Also special Mangekyō Sharingan moves will deduct additional charges. After you loose all charges you will become blind and be unable to use the Sharingan at all. Special Mangekyō Sharingan are automatically purchased.
Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu(Shadow Clone Jutsu)
Type and Element: Ninjutsu, Clone Techniques

Charges or Hand signs: Clone seal
Description:Similar to the basic Clone Technique, this technique creates copies of the user. However, these clones are corporeal instead of illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. The clones can also disperse on their own or be dispelled by the user of the technique. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by dōjutsu because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra as the original, and aren't made from any other substance like water clones are for example.

Requirements: None
Description: The user completes the needed handseals before holding their hands in front of them. A fireball will form between their hands, growing rapidly larger. They can then hurl it outward, at which point it will rapidly expand to its full size, which is roughly 40 feet in diameter. This fire burns very hot and disperses violently upon impact.

Description:
The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be "the fires from hell", is also said that they are as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable, Amaterasu has been avoided a few times. 5 charge deduction each turn.

Description:A ninjutsu with pre-eminent destructive power, caused by wildly spinning chakra inside one's palm and compressing it to a high density

Description:To activate this technique, the user places a special seal or "technique formula" (術式, jutsu-shiki) to mark an intended destination. After this is done, they can enter a dimensional void at will that instantaneously transports them to the location of the seal. The mark can be applied to almost any area through brief physical contact, including an opponent or some other surrounding featureBecause this technique is able to affect anything that is in contact with the user or somehow connected to their chakra, they can also use this technique to teleport other objects or people, such as when Minato used it to teleport Kurama out of Konoha, though the size of the object dictates the amount of chakra required.
As Minato also noted, the marking formula never disappears from a marked target

Uh no. E ranked and D ranked are accepted but the rest are not. you can only have one C ranked and the others must be bought and trained. and use them from te lists and add as i add the jutsus.
